Prime Group Australia continues its demonstration of innovation and technical excellence in the delivery of some important projects whilst operating in some very challenging infrastructure locations.

Last year was a pivotal year for Prime, We delivered significant change in the delivery of lighting and Traffic signals maintenance and delivered over $ 5 million in new infrastructure projects. We continue to support various State Governments with refurbishment and General Maintenance of public housing and our specialized services in child care center maintenance has increased in size.

Our business has become a more agile and efficient organisation. The underlying principle has been to ensure that we deliver strong and reliable results while positioning the business for sustainable growth for decades to come.

In order to maintain our focus on core competencies, Prime runs its business under two divisions, first being Reactive and Routine Maintenance and the second being Projects delivering a total project delivery service.

We continued to win and deliver a variety of major projects in Australia through Prime Group. To demonstrate an example of our holistic approach to projects and operations via asset life cycle costing, we had a major success in our transformation program to increase efficiency and sustainability in a lighting project, we provided and installed energy efficient Street Lighting and reduce our clients street light outage to 1.5% across their regions whilst reducing their energy costs by 32% which is on par with world’s best practices.

The program built on the strengths of our business in order to derive the best results for our client.

With this in mind, we continued our focus on improving performance of maintenance repairs, solid project management systems to ensure all projects are world class and that Prime’s clients can be proud of this new infrastructure.

The business also worked to refine the project management reporting framework, resulting in improved visibility and risk management.

In order to streamline our business further, better connection by senior management to our projects, and ensure we deliver a competitive offering to the market, we implemented a new flat organisational structure, transitioning from multi operational streams to Two Divisions:

We have also achieved an impressive safety result, demonstrated by our very low injury rates and a reduction in the number of serious incidents, we have remained vigilant in the pursuit of our vision for safety; to know everyone working with the business will return home safely every day.

Given our proximity to diverse communities throughout Australia and beyond, and our direct contact with stakeholders, we know first-hand the importance of governance, transparency and engagement.

We will continue to transform our business to be able to respond to and lead within an increasingly complex and dynamic external environment. Our commitment to evolving our culture and building on the significant work undertaken in recent years on our mission, vision and values means we will stay focused on innovation and driving high performance.

Ultimately, we will continue to focus on delivering the fundamentals of safely and effectively, seeking productivity gains and ensuring our contribution to the broader Prime Group of Companies.
